We all have hobbies. One of mine is creating. I pen lyrics. I record songs. I write books. I craft stories. I blog. I record podcasts. I edit videos.

God knows there’s next to no money in this. I don’t do it to sustain myself financially. I do it to sustain myself spiritually. I love to create and I feel burnt out when I don’t do it. For me, creating is life-giving.

Of course, not everyone else sees it that way. Some ask me when I ever sleep, as though I have superpowers. Others ask me when I ever sabbath, unaware of how presence-filled and rest-filled creating can be. Others just label me as ADHD or busy.

In the Bible, the Holy Spirit created, is currently creating, and will create again.
