I’m excited to lead worship at Ypsilanti Free Methodist Church on January 24th and the 25th for their Holy Spirit Conference! I’ve joined this church over the last few years for a few special nights of worship and it’s been cool to watch them press into the Holy Spirit. Ypsilanti also has me visiting this Sunday, January 14th, as a guest preacher to share about my journey into spiritual gifts as a way of getting themselves ready for the event in a few weeks.
What’s especially exciting for me is the nostalgia of the event. Dr. Ken Brewer will be doing the teaching and he was the one who really introduced me to the Holy Spirit and taught me how spiritual gifts work back in college. It’s been awhile since I’ve had a chance to do another conference with him and I know already the Holy Spirit’s going to show up and work through him.
And even better is that I get a double dose of working with him as he’ll be one of our key teachers at Reveal Conference at 1208GREENWOOD in Jackson, MI on March 14th! Whether you’re new to the ways of the Holy Spirit or well-versed, Ken is not a guy that you want to miss. See you soon!
